LSEE's work is organised across five interconnected programmes. Together they form a single framework — designed around the whole person and the whole community, rather than a collection of one-off events. Each programme turns one of our five pillars into concrete, measurable work.

Education and learning opportunities that keep children and young people in school and remove the financial and practical barriers that pull them out. From early years through to tertiary study, LSEE Educate works to make learning accessible, supported and sustained.

Confidence, leadership and life skills. LSEE Empower equips young people — especially young women — with the agency, skills and self-belief to shape their own futures and lead change in their communities.

Mentoring and positive role models. LSEE Mentor pairs young people with trusted guides who walk alongside them through academic, career and life decisions — modelling what is possible and opening doors that would otherwise stay closed.

Hygiene, wellbeing and health awareness. LSEE Wellbeing meets children, young people and families holistically — because a child who is unwell, unsupported or unsafe cannot learn, grow or thrive.

Community outreach and practical support. LSEE Community works with whole communities — schools, faith groups and grassroots organisations — so that change is owned locally and lasts beyond any single programme.
Each programme is part of a single, connected framework. Together they ensure that the children, young people and communities we serve are supported in education, equipped for life, guided by mentors, cared for in health, and strengthened as communities.
